Engineer and design copper and fiber outside plant (OSP) projects: estimate, plan, permit, coordinate with municipalities/utilities/contractors, update CAD/FROGS/Varasset/SiteTracker records, support field crews, handle PDR/PUC issues, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
