Design and support outside plant (OSP) telecom infrastructure including fiber and copper networks. Prepare engineering plans, perform field measurements and inspections, manage permits and budgets, conduct quality control, and coordinate with municipalities and stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective deployment of FTTH, DSL, Metro-E, SONET and other network solutions.

Ensure NESC compliance, perform field surveys and loop-loss sizing, manage permits/ROW and pole attachments, build budgets and KPIs, run QA/QC, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Design and execute detailed telecom engineering plans for central office and DC power systems. Manage multiple projects, perform site surveys, interpret network diagrams, specify equipment and power needs, ensure compliance with AT&T TP76300, integrate and test telecom/data equipment, and maintain installation documentation.
