Leads Vendor Performance Management across multiple projects, overseeing supplier performance, inspection, expediting, purchase order execution, resource allocation, process compliance, and continuous improvement. Manages VPM personnel, including hiring, coaching, workforce planning, performance evaluations, and career development. Partners with procurement, project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to standardize processes, resolve issues, implement business systems, and improve operational effectiveness.

Develops and maintains project schedules, plans, earned value measurements, and progress reports for engineering, procurement, and construction projects. Tracks schedule performance, forecasts progress, identifies delays and impacts, supports planning workshops, and recommends improvements. Collaborates with project managers, project controls, engineering teams, and stakeholders while maintaining accurate schedule data and compliance with planning procedures. Contributes to scheduling tools, templates, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Process and review vendor invoices, execute payments (checks, ACH, wire, AMEX), perform GRIR reviews and month-end close support, post accounting transactions, resolve invoice/PO/payment discrepancies, manage vendor communications, maintain AP records, support 1099 reporting and audits, lead AP process improvements and training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT to address system or operational issues.

Supports vendor performance for project purchase orders by monitoring supplier schedules, delivery, quality, inspections, documentation, budgets, and risks. Coordinates suppliers, third-party inspectors, logistics, and project stakeholders; conducts supplier visits; prepares performance reports; escalates delays and nonconformances; and supports mitigation activities. Coaches less experienced personnel and ensures compliance with project, safety, quality, and vendor management procedures.

Leads mechanical engineering for olefins pyrolysis furnace projects across process design, FEED, and detailed engineering. Responsibilities include developing datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, bills of material, and scope documentation; reviewing vendor documents; performing technical bid evaluations; supporting procurement and field activities; ensuring ASME and API compliance; coordinating multidisciplinary teams; and mentoring engineers.

Lead chemical process technology development from concept to pilot implementation. Design and run experiments, analyze data, develop kinetic and process models, manage pilot-scale equipment, and coordinate multidisciplinary R&D programs focused on energy transition, renewable fuels, and sustainable chemistry.

Lead development and delivery of electrical engineering design for industrial projects (LNG, carbon capture, refining, petrochemical). Perform power system studies, prepare one-line diagrams, wiring, lighting, grounding and equipment specifications, review vendor documents, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements across PDP, FEED, and detailed design phases.

Manage public relations and communications for a large onsite LNG project, including stakeholder mapping, developing and executing communication plans, community engagement, event coordination, content production, internal communications, crisis messaging, and serving as liaison between project teams, corporate communications, clients, and public authorities.
