Process and post journal entries, support month-end close, maintain AP/GL and fixed asset records, perform reconciliations, support audits, resolve transactional and intercompany discrepancies, and uphold internal controls.

Develop datasheets, material requisitions, BOMs; review vendor documentation; support procurement, field issues, and project execution while ensuring ASME/API compliance and mentoring engineering staff.

Manage public relations and communications for a major energy project: create stakeholder maps and messaging, develop and execute communication plans and internal campaigns, produce content and organize events, liaise with clients, authorities, and project leadership, and ensure compliance and reputation protection.

Support the Senior Financial Controller with month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasts, expense approvals, SOX controls, audit deliverables, and project accounting analysis across international operations.

Coordinate and execute learning programs across business units: schedule sessions, manage logistics and vendors, maintain LMS records, track participation and outcomes, report metrics, ensure compliance, support budgets and process improvements, and drive learning communications and stakeholder engagement.
