Lead project cost projections, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure timely owner billing and contract-compliant change submissions. Establish and manage change review processes, monitor change backlog and KPIs, assist document control, generate contract deliverables, and develop workflows for RFIs, submittals, material status, design, risk, quality, and closeout.

Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, expense reporting, office operations, vendor/facility management, recruiting support, and administrative project assistance while protecting confidential information.

Support on-site construction management by coordinating trades, overseeing material design/fabrication/delivery/installation, working with field supervision, managing cost and design issues (RFIs, change orders, document updates), performing cost estimates and quantity surveys, and coordinating trades with some BIM exposure to ensure project success.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including estimating, design management, procurement, bid analysis, and risk recommendations. Coordinate vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors; prepare estimate comparisons and project deliverables; train and mentor preconstruction engineers; lead RFP responses and represent the firm in design and coordination meetings throughout the preconstruction phase.

Provide BIM/VDC modeling and coordination on commercial construction projects. Manage modeling deliverables, run clash detection in Navisworks, lead coordination meetings, perform model quality reviews, track VDC schedule responsibilities, and ensure models comply with contract documents and company standards.

Manage MEP activities for large commercial and mission-critical facilities. Coordinate vendors, submittals, equipment procurement, cost estimates, scopes, schedules, change orders, RFIs, budgets, and supervise subcontractors while maintaining client and design-team relationships.
