Manage on-site MEP trade coordination, oversee material design/fabrication/delivery/installation, interact with field supervision, handle cost/design issues (RFIs, change orders), perform cost estimates and quantity surveys, and support BIM coordination.

Manage compensation strategy and programs, administer annual merit and bonus cycles, maintain job architecture and salary structures, analyze market data, manage HRIS compensation data and reporting, ensure compliance with wage laws (FLSA, Davis-Bacon), advise HR and leadership, and support hiring and workforce planning.
