On-site MEP project engineer responsible for trade coordination, material/fabrication/delivery management, interfacing with field supervision, managing cost/design issues (change orders, RFIs), reading construction documents, performing cost estimates and quantity surveys, and supporting overall project management and BIM coordination.

Manage on-site MEP trade coordination, oversee material design/fabrication/delivery/installation, liaise with field supervision, handle cost and design issues (change orders, RFIs, document updates), perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys, and support BIM-based coordination to ensure overall project success.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including vendor and subcontract procurement, equipment submittal coordination, cost estimating for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and cross-discipline coordination to support commercial construction projects.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including estimating, design management, procurement, bid analysis, and risk recommendations. Coordinate vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors; prepare estimate comparisons and project deliverables; train and mentor preconstruction engineers; lead RFP responses and represent the firm in design and coordination meetings throughout the preconstruction phase.

Manage project cost forecasting, cash flow, owner billing, change management, document control, and KPI/reporting processes for construction projects. Develop workflows for RFIs, submittals, materials, design, risk, quality, and closeout while ensuring compliance with prime contract reporting.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including estimating, design management, procurement, bid analysis, scope development, vendor/subcontractor evaluation, and client/design team coordination. Train and mentor preconstruction engineers and represent the company in meetings and RFP responses.
