Lead MEP preconstruction efforts including vendor and subcontract procurement, coordinating equipment submittals, preparing electrical/mechanical cost estimates, and supporting commercial project coordination and execution. Communicate with design engineers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.

Provide BIM/VDC modeling and coordination on commercial construction projects. Manage modeling deliverables, run clash detection in Navisworks, lead coordination meetings, perform model quality reviews, track VDC schedule responsibilities, and ensure models comply with contract documents and company standards.
