In-person BIM/VDC Engineer supporting commercial construction: manage and produce accurate Revit/AutoCAD models, run Navisworks clash detection, lead coordination and clash-resolution meetings, track VDC deliverables and schedule progress, conduct quality reviews, and collaborate with project teams to resolve construction issues.

Lead BIM/VDC coordination on-site: create and review models, run clash detection, resolve coordination issues, enforce modeling standards, track stakeholder responsibilities, and train team members to deliver VDC services per company standards.

Plan and perform operational and financial audits across business functions; test and evaluate internal controls; analyze contracts and verify subcontractor compliance; document and communicate audit findings; identify process improvements and risk mitigation; coordinate with project teams nationwide while managing multiple priorities and traveling monthly to job sites.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including estimating, design management, procurement, bid analysis, scope development, vendor/subcontractor coordination, RFP responses, and stakeholder meetings. Train and lead preconstruction engineers and present project deliverables to clients and design teams.

Prepare and maintain detailed CPM baseline schedules (2,500+ activities) in Primavera P6, run weekly updates, produce TIAs and earned-value analyses, generate deliverables (.xer, critical path, 6-week look-aheads, narratives), interface with clients, and mentor junior schedulers.

Provide in-person, phone, and remote desktop technical support; conduct new hire technology orientations; assist on IT projects; support Office 365, Windows 11, MacOS, mobile platforms, printers, networking, Egnyte, Intune, Zendesk, and related tools.

Administer and govern Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments, manage ALM and environment strategy, enforce Dataverse security and DLP policies, monitor platform health, support integrations and citizen developers, and manage Copilot capacity and governance.

Support on-site trade coordination, material/design/fabrication management, and field supervision interaction. Manage cost and design issues (change orders, RFIs, document updates), perform quantity surveys and cost estimates, and assist overall project management with some BIM exposure.

Support project cost forecasting, cash flow, owner billing, change management, and contract compliance. Maintain document control, produce prime contract deliverables, monitor KPIs, and develop workflows for RFIs, submittals, material status, design, risk, quality, and closeout. Coordinate with MEP subcontractors and manage change review processes and reporting.

Lead MEP preconstruction tasks including vendor and subcontract coordination, procuring equipment and subcontracts, managing submittals, assisting with electrical/mechanical cost estimates, and supporting commercial project coordination and execution on-site.
