Coordinate technical aspects of assigned construction projects: produce and manage project documentation, perform material takeoffs and bid estimates, manage procurement and vendor buyouts, track installations and budgets, lead project closeouts, participate in BIM coordination and design reviews, and communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure schedule and quality.
