Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned regions: source passive and active candidates (especially technical sales/engineering), build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage ATS, track recruiting metrics, train on interviewing/ATS, and support employer branding and sourcing strategies.

Partner with HR, payroll, security, integrations and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, handle data conversions/integrations, manage quarterly updates, mentor junior analysts, and provide production support and troubleshooting across HCM functionality and reporting.

Lead project controls for construction projects: manage cost control, budgeting, billing/collections, accounts payable support, schedule management (Primavera), KPI/EVM reporting, cash flow forecasting, and coordination with PMs, GCs, field teams, procurement, and clients to ensure accurate forecasting, timely billing, and compliance.

Produce and manage 2D/3D BIM drawings for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, process) using AutoCAD, Revit, and related BIM tools; coordinate with engineers, designers, and trade partners; manage files, check quality to ACCO BIM standards, prepare deliverables, and communicate constructability issues to project teams while meeting schedules.

Coordinate technical execution of construction projects with project managers, clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare and manage project documentation, perform material takeoffs and bid estimates, oversee procurement and vendor buyouts, track installations and budgets, lead job closeout, support design and value-engineering reviews, and participate in BIM coordination and scheduling to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Lead business development and regional project management for mechanical construction projects. Drive prospecting, bid strategy, client relationships, and project assignment optimization. Oversee full project lifecycle from sales and contracting through execution, mentor Project Managers, improve PM efficiencies, and grow revenue across HVAC, plumbing, and process piping markets.
