Lead end-to-end HVAC/plumbing/process projects from sales through execution. Serve as primary client liaison and account manager, perform pre-construction estimating and proposals, coordinate engineering/purchasing/construction/service teams, supervise field labor and sequencing, manage budgets, forecasting, job-cost tracking, contracts and change orders, mentor sales staff, and travel to offices and job sites as required.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large commercial HVAC/mechanical projects: client relationship, estimating, contracts, procurement, budget control, field labor oversight, cross-functional coordination, staff mentoring, and business development.

Coordinate technical aspects of construction projects: manage documentation, lead BIM coordination and meetings, perform material takeoffs and bid estimates, oversee procurement and installations, monitor budgets and schedules, support design/value engineering, and lead job closeout activities while liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Lead HVAC/plumbing/process projects end-to-end as single point of contact: manage estimating, proposals, procurement, field coordination, budgeting, billing, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and mentor staff while developing client relationships and new business.
