Provide administrative support to the Systems Operations team: manage payroll entry and expense tracking, collect and review daily reports, process timesheets via Rhumbix, document warranty and start-up notes in 360/IFS, generate and distribute Start-Up and Air Balance reports and warranty letters, and perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Develop bid strategies, grow regional revenue, assign and mentor Project Managers/Engineers, cultivate client relationships, and ensure projects from sales through completion meet budget, scheduling, and quality objectives.

Coordinate technical aspects of assigned design-build construction projects: prepare and manage project documentation, perform material takeoffs and bid estimates, oversee procurement and vendor/subcontractor buyouts, monitor site progress and quality, track budgets and billing, lead closeout activities, support design and value-engineering efforts, and maintain communication across clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
