Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling engineering projects. Define scope, develop schedules and budgets, coordinate discipline engineering activities, review drawings and reports, manage communications, track hours and change notices, prepare progress reports, and support quality control and staff performance evaluations. Work includes office, field, and construction-site visits.

Support project engineering activities from conceptual design through construction and startup. Coordinate design deliverables across disciplines and offices, review drawings, manage project communications and documentation, track project performance (earned value, progress reporting, forecasting), prepare field trip reports and meeting minutes, and assist with execution tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Translate sketches and layouts into CAD construction drawings, prepare diagrams, special-item sketches and bills of materials, review and check detailed I&C drawings, perform site walkdowns for new and retrofit industrial installations, and support construction documentation and related duties.

Lead I&C engineering for nuclear power plant upgrades and new projects. Develop I&C design criteria, specifications, control system architectures, select instruments/valves, prepare modification packages, review designs, manage scope/schedule/budget, coordinate disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with nuclear codes, standards, and NRC regulations. Conduct field walkdowns and support plant access requirements.

Develop detailed instrumentation and electrical design packages for industrial facilities: P&IDs, wiring/loop diagrams, single-line diagrams, panel and conduit layouts, vendor coordination, field verification, and ensure compliance with ISA/NEC/API/IEEE standards while supporting engineering and construction teams.

Lead electrical engineering for nuclear power plant projects and upgrades, developing specifications, design criteria, equipment selection, and modification packages. Manage budget, schedule, scope, quality, mentor junior engineers, coordinate disciplines, perform field walkdowns, and ensure compliance with nuclear codes and NRC regulations.

Develop, test, document, and support applications by gathering requirements, fixing and annotating code, participating on agile teams, using automated tests, and collaborating with infrastructure and development teams.

Support mechanical engineering projects under Senior ME direction: specify and review vendor documents for pressure vessels, pumps, tanks, and heat exchangers; perform equipment and piping calculations; specify piping materials; attend client/vendor/internal meetings; conduct field surveys and interpret drawings and specifications in the field.

Support construction project financials by maintaining job cost records, preparing monthly billings, calculating retainage, supporting percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, reconciling subledger to GL, preparing journal entries, and communicating financial issues with project teams while ensuring compliance with GAAP and contract requirements.

Develop and check complex 2D electrical and I&C engineering drawings (wiring, one-line/three-line, schematics, logic, conduit). Support multiple projects, perform field walkdowns, verify as-built conditions, interface with engineers, customers, and construction reps, and comply with nuclear plant access and safety requirements.
