Design and develop detailed electrical systems and 3D models for industrial and power projects using AVEVA E3D/PDMS. Produce drawings, perform clash detection, coordinate multidisciplinary design, generate BOMs, review vendor data, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Develop sourcing/negotiation strategies, evaluate proposals, write award recommendations, conduct bidder conferences, manage supplier relationships, mentor teammates, and support procurement execution and contract administration across project phases.

Lead category management for engineered equipment: develop and execute category strategies, perform spend and market analysis, run strategic sourcing events, align pricing with estimating and proposals, manage supplier relationships and performance metrics, build SRM processes, and leverage procurement systems (Oracle/PPMS) to monitor forecasts and compliance.

Support mechanical engineering projects under Senior ME direction: specify and review vendor documents for pressure vessels, pumps, tanks, and heat exchangers; perform equipment and piping calculations; specify piping materials; attend client/vendor/internal meetings; conduct field surveys and interpret drawings and specifications in the field.

Support Talent Acquisition by coordinating and conducting pre-employment health screens, onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and ATS updates. Serve as primary contact for new hires, ensure compliance (I-9, E-Verify, HIPPA), perform administrative duties, and maintain a safe, sterile workspace.

Lead process engineering design and delivery for power/refining/gas projects. Develop scopes, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, hydraulic and relief system design, mentor teams, manage budget/schedule, support quality and HAZOP reviews, and coordinate cross-office work splitting.

Perform systems analysis and enterprise application support including requirements gathering, configuration, implementation, maintenance, coding, testing, documentation, and collaboration on agile development teams.
