Acts as senior HR consultant for employed physicians and APPs, managing complex provider employee-relations issues, leading investigations, advising leaders on performance and conduct, coordinating with Legal and Compensation, ensuring policy consistency, tracking trends, and providing training and tools for manager-led performance management.
