Provide front-line customer service and administrative support for shipment processing, tracking, documentation, scheduling, and basic financial tasks (AR/AP/billing) at an on-site logistics terminal or branch. Serve as primary contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams, maintain records, escalate routine issues, and support terminal activities.
