Manages domestic freight shipments from planning through delivery, including routing, quoting, rate negotiation, milestone tracking, vendor cost reconciliation, invoicing, compliance, documentation, and customer updates. Coordinates with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain audit-ready records, improve workflows, and support operational projects. Requires strong transportation knowledge, accuracy, communication, and customer relationship skills in a fully onsite environment.

Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone and email, track shipments, enter domestic and international billing data, maintain logs and manifests in AS400, perform daily audits of outbound shipments, prepare select export/in-bond documentation, and support general administrative and office duties.

Lead day-to-day international air import/export operations, supervise and develop freight coordinators, ensure compliance with IATA/TSA/customs, manage shipment lifecycle and KPIs, resolve escalations, coordinate carriers and brokers, and drive continuous improvement.

Support daily managed trade services including HTS classification, valuation checks, PGA documentation, post-entry corrections, and audit support. Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, update systems and dashboards, assist clients and onboarding, contribute to process improvements, and participate in training on customs regulations.

Lead strategic account planning and executive relationships to retain and grow enterprise customers. Drive business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, oversee KPIs, resolve complex issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled supply chain and logistics solutions.
