Provide operational support across a portfolio of apartment communities: lead onboarding and transitions, provide temporary staffing and turnaround support, train and mentor site teams, monitor occupancy, leasing, renewals and compliance (Fair Housing, HUD, LIHTC), recommend operational improvements, liaise with regional leadership, and travel frequently for extended property stays.
