Drive continuous improvement using project management/Lean Six Sigma, resolve resource constraints, support integration of acquired firms, and collaborate with leaders to balance workloads and meet client deadlines.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor embedded with service line leadership to align people strategies with business goals. Lead workforce planning, succession, talent management, employee relations, performance coaching, organizational change, and HR initiative implementation while ensuring compliance and driving employee engagement and leadership development.
