Reviews staffing, food safety, equipment, P&Ls, cost structures, sales trends, leases, vendors, inventory, and infrastructure. Identifies risks and corrective actions, supports valuation and deal structure, assists with managerial hiring, and presents actionable recommendations to ownership. This is a project-based consulting engagement requiring on-site travel as needed.
