Contract SAP FICO Functional Analyst to configure and support intercompany customers, vendors, and trading partners. Responsible for master data configuration for customers and vendors within SAP FICO. Immediate contract role (4+ months), focused on functional SAP finance processes and data setup.

Manage client-facing deliverables, create territory marketing plans and execute local events/campaigns, conduct client and prospect research, support CRM reporting and MS Office deliverables, and draft/manage initial contract content and signatory processes.

Contractor to support Oracle OBIEE and Informatica development for a data warehouse implementation. Responsibilities include data modeling, ETL development, RPD modeling, OBIEE architecture and feature implementation, SQL development, and debugging/troubleshooting.

Provide front-line IT support for end users via phone, email, and walk-ups. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, desktop software, mobile devices, printers, and basic networking issues; log and prioritize tickets in ServiceDesk Plus; escalate complex issues; create and maintain knowledge articles; assist with testing, training, and project work as needed.

Provide hands-on SAP PTP business analysis and support for in-house Service, Repair, and Field Service. Troubleshoot SAP ECC6, resolve defects via configuration, record work in ServiceNow, and support remote SAP users to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
