Provide front-line IT support for end users via phone, email, and walk-ups. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, desktop software, mobile devices, printers, and basic networking issues; log and prioritize tickets in ServiceDesk Plus; escalate complex issues; create and maintain knowledge articles; assist with testing, training, and project work as needed.

Perform full life-cycle development, transfer knowledge, propose solutions, and collaborate with the team. Heavy emphasis on mainframe development, systems design, and application testing.

Provide onsite desktop support in Cleveland for Windows XP, Windows 7, and Mac users. Role requires professional demeanor, immediate start, M-F 8–5 for an 8-week contract (possible extension). Candidates must have minimum three years' experience and provide their own cell phone.

Provide hands-on SAP PTP business analysis and support for in-house Service, Repair, and Field Service. Troubleshoot SAP ECC6, resolve defects via configuration, record work in ServiceNow, and support remote SAP users to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
