Lead and transform end-to-end global payroll across APAC, EMEA, and AMERICAs. Design a standardized shared-services operating model, implement global payroll platforms and integrations (e.g., Workday, JDE), manage outsourced vendors, ensure compliance and controls, drive financial reporting and cost optimization, and build a scalable global payroll organization while partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders.

Design and deliver AWS-based integration architectures connecting clinical, supply chain, and enterprise systems. Implement API-first and event-driven patterns, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and hybrid cloud integrations while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting delivery teams.

Lead global treasury accounting for cash, debt, investments, derivatives, FX, intercompany funding and related transactions. Own accounting policy execution, close processes, reconciliations, controls, reporting, audit support, and systems integration (Kyriba, BlackLine, ERP). Build governance, drive automation, manage teams, partner with Treasury, Tax, FP&A and external auditors, and set a multi-year roadmap to improve data quality, controls, and scalability.

Lead technical design and delivery of enterprise data platform solutions using AWS S3 and Snowflake. Build scalable ETL/ELT and CDC pipelines, establish engineering standards, mentor data engineering teams, ensure data quality, governance, security, and operational readiness, and partner with stakeholders to deliver curated data products for analytics and AI.
