Manage assigned client accounts for commercial interior/exterior landscaping; build relationships, resolve issues to completion, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internal teams, prepare proposals/presentations, maintain CRM and pipeline, and participate in sales and training meetings to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
