Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, connectivity, MFA, and Microsoft 365 issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, inventory, deployments, and warranty coordination. Maintain Help Desk tickets, follow cybersecurity and HIPAA policies, escalate complex issues, and support end-user applications and endpoint security.
