Provides legal counsel to construction self-perform divisions, focusing on drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Reviews insurance, indemnity, bonding, and damages risks; supports construction claims, liens, mediation, and document production. Establishes scalable contracting processes, collaborates with risk and insurance teams, advises on legal strategy, and delivers risk management training.

Lead planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout of construction projects. Serve as primary client contact, manage subcontractors, mitigate risks, ensure contract compliance, and partner with field teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Executes full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, including sourcing, resume review, phone screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, hiring decision support, and offer-stage handoff. Maintains candidate pipelines, ATS records, recruiting documentation, reports, and process trackers. Partners with hiring managers and People Operations, supports sourcing campaigns and recruiting events, provides a strong candidate experience, and identifies workflow improvements while managing multiple searches and competing priorities.

Serve as the CEO's right-hand to protect and orchestrate the CEO's time, prepare strategic briefs, capture and close follow-up actions, and systematize top relationships so they can be delegated and transferred.
