Part-time marketing intern supporting social media content creation, scheduling, video/photo capture and editing, campaign and collateral support, and cross-functional collaboration with the marketing team.

Provide administrative and project support across construction projects: manage documentation, subcontractor compliance, purchase orders, certified payroll, reception duties, travel and event coordination, filing/scanning, workflow coding, and employee experience activities to uphold company culture and support operational efficiency.

Support recruiting logistics, onboarding, orientation, early talent programs, and employee engagement. Coordinate interviews, maintain HRIS records, assist career fair and internship programming, prepare onboarding materials, greet new hires, and help employees find resources. Act as a connector between candidates, hiring managers, and People Team stakeholders to ensure organized, responsive, and positive experiences across the employee lifecycle.

Serve as the CEO's right-hand to protect and orchestrate the CEO's time, prepare strategic briefs, capture and close follow-up actions, and systematize top relationships so they can be delegated and transferred.

Lead construction projects from conception through completion, managing schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, and risk. Oversee procurement, site visits, and compliance; serve as primary client and subcontractor contact; mentor project staff; drive project performance, safety, quality, and cross-functional coordination across the Southeast region.
