Senior technical-functional role managing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics ERP, manufacturing integrations, and enterprise reporting. Lead ERP administration, migrations, security, troubleshooting, and BI solutions (Power BI, SQL, SSRS). Partner with manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and operations to drive data governance, process improvements, and user adoption while mentoring junior staff.

Manage plant-level accounting and cost accounting for two manufacturing sites. Maintain cost elements in Dynamics AX, prepare financial statements, variance and inventory analyses, support budgeting, CAPEX reviews, audits, and continuous process improvement while collaborating with operations and corporate finance.
