Lead and manage the firm's associate attorneys in Kansas, providing litigation oversight, strategic legal guidance, quality control, and operational management. Oversee contested matters, review filings, ensure compliance with client and court requirements, manage attorney performance and capacity, and drive process improvements to meet SLAs and client expectations.

Monitor and review replevin files for compliance with client and firm standards; serve as client liaison; prepare and file pleadings, affidavits, and Replevin lawsuits; enter court orders and track deadlines; process client correspondence and case documents; make pre- and post-judgment recommendations with SLAs; support attorneys and ensure file accuracy and timely case progression.

Performs clerical and accounting support for post- and pre-judgment transactions: data entry of judgment dates/amounts, review and processing of court orders and foreign judgments, ensure balance accuracy, communicate with legal team, and assist accounting as needed.

Monitor and review replevin files for compliance with client and firm standards; prepare and process legal documents (affidavits, lawsuits, motions); track deadlines; communicate with clients; recommend pre- and post-judgment actions; maintain accurate case records and support attorneys to ensure efficient litigation progress.

Maintain and update internal control documentation, perform routine control testing, document results and escalate deficiencies, support audits and remediation tracking, and help improve control consistency and automation under the Controls Manager.

Review accounts from queues and task batches, apply correct coding and documentation for closures, settlements, and special-handling claims, process approvals and updates, navigate multiple software systems, meet accuracy and productivity benchmarks, collaborate with internal teams, and follow documented procedures and training materials.

Represent the firm in court multiple days per week, manage contested litigation queue, review claims and pleadings for compliance, draft and argue motions, handle discovery and communications with opposing counsel, and maintain accurate litigation records. No billable hour requirements.

Serve as primary client contact for escalated litigation matters, managing communications, coordinating legal and operations teams, tracking and routing documents, maintaining audit trails, and ensuring timely, compliant responses while supporting continuous improvement and state-specific procedure adherence.

Contact and negotiate payments with consumers and third parties to recover past-due accounts. Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls, update account records, process payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure FDCPA and client compliance while meeting performance metrics.

Support pre-judgment legal operations by preparing and reviewing legal documents, maintaining accurate file data, monitoring control reports, coordinating with vendors, and escalating discrepancies to advance files through the legal process across multiple jurisdictions.
