Represent the firm in court at least three days per week, review new claims and pleadings for compliance, manage contested litigation, draft and argue motions, handle discovery and communications with opposing counsel, and oversee trials and arbitrations.

Support attorneys by maintaining court calendars and docket entries for assigned counties, prepare daily/weekly/monthly court calendars, report filings and court costs, ensure correct filing fees, interact professionally with court staff, and complete tasks within client and department timelines.

Manage VMware/Horizon platforms, SAN/NAS/SDS arrays, host-storage connectivity, backup/DR (Veeam/Rubrik), automation/IaC, monitoring, security hardening, and documentation. Provide on-call support, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and collaborate on cloud/hybrid migrations.

Process and manage client documents: scan/import files into correct accounts, handle document import/export, rename and export images per client criteria, maintain low exception rates, and resolve client exception reports.

Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations across nine offices. Oversee cybersecurity, networks, cloud, telephony, servers, endpoint support, vendor management, policy, risk management, compliance, disaster recovery, and IT budgeting while developing the IT team and partnering with leadership.
