Develops manufacturing plans for complex aerospace components, including production orders, BOMs, process routings, work instructions, and change integrations. Supports multi-axis CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, tooling, fixturing, and gaging. Analyzes impacts of engineering changes on materials, work-in-progress, schedules, and delivery. Collaborates with programmers and shop-floor teams to optimize machining processes, maintain dimensional tolerances, and meet aerospace quality requirements.
