Apply customer payments and process credit card payments, prepare daily bank deposits, scan incoming checks and documents into imaging system, process direct material shipment billings, perform month-end tasks, and provide filing/scanning/copying support for the Accounting Department.

Provide general office support including filing, billing assistance, phone handling, data entry, document creation/editing, month-end reporting, price book updates, and ordering supplies. Work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
