Develop and maintain integrations and APIs connecting CRM, ERP, POS, and web systems. Participate in SDLC, design and modify systems for performance, support cross-functional teams, perform on-call rotation for 24/7 retail operations, and assist with testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: select lenders, secure approvals, finalize delivery, manage contracts and funding, maximize F&I PVR and product penetration, assist sales structuring and training, track F&I metrics, and ensure adherence to company policies and F&I procedures.

Record and track RV sales appointments and leads in CRM, maintain accurate website inventory and photos, monitor lead response times, follow provided scripts, manage follow-ups and notes, and provide administrative support to the Sales Development team while delivering excellent customer service.

Work directly with customers to determine product needs, provide installation price estimates, schedule installations, coordinate with service staff, manage parts and prepayment logs, inspect vehicles for proper parts, and deliver excellent customer service while performing physical tasks as needed.

Design, build, and maintain payment services and APIs using C#/.NET. Integrate with processors, gateways, wallets, and POS; implement authorization/capture/refunds and routing. Ensure reliability, observability, and secure coding; troubleshoot production incidents and collaborate with Product and Architecture to deliver scalable payment solutions.
