Manage finance and insurance processes for vehicle sales: select lenders, secure approvals, finalize contracts, maximize F&I PVR and product penetration, train sales staff, track funding and performance, and ensure compliance with company F&I procedures.

Lead and manage a .NET integrations development team for retail applications. Hands-on design, development, and maintenance of C#/ASP.NET Core services, cloud deployments, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring. Collaborate with product owners, QA, and stakeholders, convert business requirements into technical designs, support production systems (on-call), and drive agile practices and continuous improvement.

Oversee service department operations to maximize installation and service sales. Supervise and train shop personnel, manage schedules, track departmental results and budgets, ensure productivity and safety, provide end-to-end customer service, and perform miscellaneous operational duties as needed.
