Manage dealership website inventory and photos, record and track RV sales appointments in CRM, capture and update prospect information, monitor lead response times, follow scripts, schedule follow-ups, and provide administrative support to Sales Development while delivering excellent customer service.

Acquire used RVs and campers from the public through consignment and purchase, provide strong customer service, listen to customer needs, finalize sales, and perform basic computer and light lifting tasks.

Sell new and used RVs by providing demonstrations, walk-throughs, and a high-integrity, no-pressure customer experience. Close sales working with F&I and Sales Management, follow up with customers, and perform light computer-based inventory and customer data entry. Physical duties include standing, lifting up to 25 lbs (or moving up to 50 lbs with assistance), bending, and crawling as needed.

Greet and check in customers and VIP appointments, answer and route phone calls, track incoming sales calls in the CRM, assist with customer questions, coordinate front desk activities, and maintain a positive customer experience.

Drive lead generation and appointment setting through proactive outbound calls and online inquiries. Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, record interactions in CRM, align with marketing, track performance metrics, and support customer satisfaction and reputation management. Collaborate with sales team and accept coaching to improve results.

Support dealership accounting: stock inventory, post general ledger entries, enter A/R invoices, perform bank deposits and reconciliations, issue internal invoices, communicate inventory updates, and perform data entry.
