Lead and coach a dealership sales team for new and used RVs, drive sales via events and marketing, manage inventory and budgets, recruit and train staff, ensure customer satisfaction and cross-department collaboration.

Support accounts payable for multiple dealerships: enter and code invoices in IDS, match POs/packing slips, prepare check runs, reconcile intercompany payables, apply warranty offsets, review aged payables and vendor statements, and complete month-end tasks and ad hoc projects.

Generate and qualify leads, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, schedule appointments, record activity in the CRM, meet outbound call and performance targets, collaborate with sales and marketing, and ensure customer satisfaction and online reputation management.

Manage F&I process for vehicle sales: select lenders, secure approvals, finalize contracts, maximize F&I PVR and product penetration, train sales staff, track metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and contract funding procedures.

Sell new and used RVs by providing high-quality customer experiences, conducting demonstrations and walk-throughs, closing sales with F&I and management, and following up with a no-pressure, integrity-driven approach.

Serve as first point of contact: greet customers, manage front desk phones and VIP check-ins, track incoming sales calls in CRM, assist customers, maintain organization and a positive customer experience.

Sell new and used RVs, provide demonstration rides and walkthroughs, close sales with F&I and management, follow up with a no-pressure approach, enter customer and inventory data, and meet physical requirements. Maintain high energy, deliver excellent customer experience, and pursue commissions or hourly-plus-commission pay plans.

Serve customers by identifying specialized product needs, provide price estimates, schedule and coordinate installations with service staff, inspect vehicles for proper parts, manage parts intake and prepayment logs, and maintain customer communication and a safe, organized work area.

Support Sales Development by updating website inventory and photos, record and track RV sales appointments in CRM, log prospective customer information, monitor incoming leads and response times, follow provided scripts, schedule follow-ups, and provide administrative support to exceed customer expectations.

Drive enterprise sales by prospecting, nurturing leads, and scheduling appointments. Make outbound calls, use CRM to track interactions, align with marketing, meet activity targets, and support customer satisfaction. Coachable role with emphasis on appointment generation and data accuracy.
