Manage Business Development Center sales activity from online leads and inbound calls, coach and lead Sales Development Representatives, use CRM to track metrics, recruit/hire and manage staff, handle escalated customer engagements, manage website content and online reputation, leverage marketing campaigns, and analyze metrics to drive departmental performance.

Sell new and used RVs through customer demonstrations, walkthroughs, and follow-up. Close sales with F&I team, maintain high-integrity, no-pressure approach, and provide excellent customer experience.
