Lead social media strategy and execution for Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC. Manage and develop teams, build content systems and recurring formats, integrate AI tools into workflows, drive audience growth and engagement, optimize performance through analytics, oversee partner integrations, and collaborate across the organization to align digital efforts with revenue and brand goals.

Drive new and renewal ticket sales for Seattle Sounders FC through heavy outbound outreach, virtual presentations, stadium tours, and customer service. Manage and document member and prospect interactions in Salesforce/Archtics, execute retention campaigns, support matchday and events, and use AI responsibly for research and outreach. Meet sales and retention targets while delivering tailored fan experiences and supporting corporate sales initiatives.

Support first-team travel, matchday operations, and daily team logistics. Plan and execute travel, serve as on-site operational lead, coordinate with internal teams and visiting clubs, manage budgets and expenses, maintain schedules and league compliance, oversee facility readiness, vendors, and a part-time Visiting Team Liaison, and perform related operational duties to ensure a professional team environment.
