Manage a high-volume portfolio (200+) of clinic partners to drive product adoption, retention, and repeat ordering. Monitor customer health, proactively re-engage at-risk accounts, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, provide product guidance and operational support, document activity in CRM, and collaborate with Sales and Implementation to scale engagement programs.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), maintain compliant HR records, support employees and managers, operate HRIS and ATS (Rippling, Ashby), coordinate recruiting logistics, assist performance and culture initiatives, and improve people processes in a high-growth startup.

Lead integrations connecting the product to EHR/EMR, pharmacy networks, and partner-facing APIs. Own API/SDK developer experience, integration intake and prioritization, commercial scoping with BD/sales, technical discovery and delivery, post-launch support, and adoption tracking to scale repeatable onboarding playbooks.
