Partner with site General Manager to deliver full-cycle HR services for manufacturing sites: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits and workers' compensation administration, safety documentation and training recordkeeping, performance management, and HR reporting. Serve as primary HR contact for managers and employees and support corporate HR on litigation, risk mitigation, and global HR projects.

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by selling, servicing, and retaining profitable business. Deliver quotes, maintain regular customer contact, generate new business through cold calls, coordinate with internal teams, provide weekly pipeline updates, and ensure accurate paperwork, expense reports, and item information.

Provide technical support for endpoints, servers, applications and phones; troubleshoot issues, manage accounts (AD/M365), maintain documentation, deliver user training, travel to remote sites, and provide on-call support.

Manage key accounts, sales forecasting, credit controls, aged inventory, recruitment/training, sales reporting, and performance analysis. Manage and grow assigned accounts in the Detroit area by hand-delivering quotes, cold-calling, servicing existing customers, maintaining accurate paperwork and forecasts, coordinating relationship-building activities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
