Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance and investigations. Coach and manage HR team, ensure compliance with employment law and OSHA, oversee workers' compensation, monitor HR/safety metrics, and partner with leadership on talent development and risk management.

Administer benefits and bi-weekly payroll ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage enrollments, FMLA/COBRA, leave and OSHA processes, reconcile benefits billing, process tax reporting (W-2, 1094/1095-C), audit timekeeping, support open enrollment and payroll best practices, and respond to employee inquiries.
