Support project delivery by coordinating technical, financial, and team activities. Assist with project planning, budgets, schedules, client communications, quality control, invoicing, and staff management while contributing to business development and mentoring team members.

Lead design, QA/QC, permitting, and construction administration for civil engineering projects. Oversee site layouts, grading, utilities, stormwater, erosion control, and street improvements; coordinate stakeholders, review technical work, manage schedules/budgets, prepare proposals and contract documents, and mentor project teams.

Manage permitting-focused projects including client coordination, permitting strategy, application preparation, agency liaison, permit tracking, budget/schedule management, team leadership, and integration of permitting into project schedules.
