Manage commercial and business lending portfolios, pipelines, maturities, renewals, covenant tracking, collateral exceptions, and loan production support. Lead and train the commercial support team, coordinate workflows across sales, lending, credit, servicing, and operations departments, and support client onboarding. Maintain CRM records, assist with underwriting and documentation, process client transactions, coordinate loan closings, and support relationship managers with retention and business development activities.

Supports administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce and nCino platforms. Provides user support, account and permission management, reporting, dashboards, data audits, troubleshooting, training, documentation, testing, and enhancement project assistance. Helps maintain data quality, promote platform adoption, document business processes, and identify workflow improvements with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Manages employee benefits, wellness programs, open enrollment, vendor relationships, FMLA, COBRA, unemployment claims, and benefits reconciliation. Leads employee engagement, onboarding, recognition, community outreach, and volunteer initiatives. Coordinates with a third-party payroll provider to support accurate, compliant payroll processing. Partners with HR, IT, Marketing, leadership, vendors, and community organizations to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Lead and manage mortgage relationship managers to drive mortgage and consumer loan growth, approve loans within delegated authority, build referral networks, collaborate with product and secondary market partners, and ensure strong borrower experience while supporting cross-sell of deposit products.
