Grow the bank’s treasury management portfolio in the Louisville market through prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship development with commercial clients. Recommend cash management, payment, liquidity, and fraud prevention solutions; prepare proposals and manage the sales pipeline. Oversee client onboarding, implementation, training, service support, relationship reviews, retention, and cross-functional issue resolution while maintaining compliance with bank policies and NACHA requirements.

Supports bank credit risk management through appraisal reviews, real estate evaluations, commercial and construction loan administration, regulatory reporting, and construction draw oversight. Reviews loan documentation, budgets, invoices, inspections, and equity requirements; coordinates with lenders, clients, contractors, appraisers, and inspectors. Supports SBA loan administration, special loan programs, problem-loan documentation, and CECL/ALLL reporting. Maintains compliance with appraisal regulations, credit policies, SBA requirements, and regulatory reporting guidelines.

Provides administrative and workflow support for commercial lending, coordinating loan documentation, appraisals, title work, closings, renewals, funding, covenant tracking, and post-closing servicing. Maintains loan opportunities and facilities in nCino, supports relationship managers, communicates with clients and third parties, coordinates account openings, and ensures documentation and workflow requirements are complete and accurate.

Manages the commercial loan portfolio by supporting relationship teams, maintaining credit quality, monitoring covenants and collateral, and coordinating reviews, renewals, documentation, and risk processes. Supports loan production through financial analysis, underwriting, credit applications, term sheets, and closing activities. Uses nCino to manage workflows, covenant servicing, approvals, and process improvements. Partners with Credit, Relationship Managers, and lending leadership while occasionally supporting client meetings and loan closings.
