Manage full-cycle appraisal operations including ordering, vendor coordination, QC review, UCDP submission, and deadline oversight. Perform appraisal report reviews, handle reconsiderations of value, communicate with internal/external stakeholders, resolve appraisal issues, and maintain documentation in Encompass and ValueLink while ensuring compliance with USPAP, AIR, and investor guidelines.
