Manage full sales process from greeting, needs discovery, demo, negotiation, financing handoff, delivery, paperwork accuracy, and follow-up while completing required manufacturer training and building long-term customer relationships.

Manage dealership sales operations: hire, train, motivate, and coach sales staff; forecast and meet sales, gross, and expense goals; maintain and merchandise inventory; handle customer complaints; coordinate with other departments; complete OEM/SOAG training; and perform desking, inventory imaging, and other dealership duties to drive monthly and annual results.
