Analyzes borrower financial statements, agency reports, and investigation data to evaluate creditworthiness and loan prospects. Prepares loan presentations, documents financial analysis, recommends loan decisions or grades, reviews appraisals, maintains records, and ensures compliance with lending policies and regulations. Analyst II handles complex loans and provides technical guidance and training to Analyst I staff.

Investigates fraud alerts, transactional data, customer accounts, and AML cases; documents findings in case-management systems; responds to fraud inquiries; supports BSA/Fraud Officers; monitors regulatory compliance; identifies fraudulent activity and recommends security improvements. The specialist level escalates complex investigations, supports branch staff, manages recovery cases, prepares reports, and assists with fraud-management policies and procedures.

Plans, installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots network, server, desktop, wireless, VOIP, and security infrastructure. Manages user access, hardware and software inventories, system imaging, cabling, documentation, helpdesk tickets, network security solutions, and technology projects. Supports infrastructure procurement, regulatory training, certification requirements, and stable operation of the bank’s IT environment.

Provides application support and serves as the technology liaison for assigned business lines. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining applications, troubleshooting user issues, coordinating upgrades and projects, managing vendors, creating reports and procedures, administering help desk tickets, and ensuring IT policies and documentation meet regulatory and audit requirements. Provides onsite, remote, weekend, and holiday support as needed.
