Support bank compliance with HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending, and related regulations by preparing and submitting data, conducting lending data analytics, monitoring regulatory updates, supporting policy and risk assessments, participating in examinations, and producing dashboards and reports for management and the Board.

Evaluate, structure, monitor, and manage commercial and limited consumer loan portfolios. Support the Chief Credit Officer in credit risk oversight, loan committee reviews, workout and problem-asset resolution, policy development, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance.
