Lead AV, broadcast, and technology integration projects from scope and planning through installation and closeout. Coordinate clients, engineers, vendors, and installation teams; manage schedules, budgets, procurement, logistics, risk mitigation, and project documentation. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, support proposals and change orders, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Manage daily operations of the Production Services team, including crew booking, scheduling, client communications, budgets, timecards/POs, travel logistics, mentorship, and process improvements to support large-scale projects.

Lead company financial strategy, FP&A, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance. Manage capital structure, investor and banking relationships, M&A support, and scalable finance systems. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team and partner with executive leadership and PE sponsors to drive performance and growth.
