Coordinates multiple customer projects and serves as a liaison among branch managers, project managers, sales staff, and customers. Responsibilities include utility takeoffs, pricing and estimating for private, public, and light mechanical projects, quotation documentation, returns processing, pre-construction meetings, customer communication, and supporting inside-sales development and branch improvement initiatives.

Perform outside sales to cities, municipalities, and water districts in the Denver metro. Maintain territory and account plans, pursue product specifications, grow sales and margin, coordinate with branch staff, comply with reporting, and travel within the territory as needed.

Provide inside sales support for waterworks customers: process orders, quotes, returns, equipment rentals, and material takeoffs for project bids. Assist outside sales, manage bids and timelines, support product selection, and participate in product training.

Serve internal and external customers by writing orders, processing returns, renting equipment, providing quotes, and answering product inquiries. Complete material takeoffs, estimate and manage project timelines, support bids, coordinate customer deliveries, and assist outside sales staff with orders and pending jobs. The role also requires ongoing product education, problem-solving, and occasional overtime during busy periods.

Provide first- and second-level technical support for Acumatica Cloud ERP, troubleshooting across modules, diagnosing with logs and SQL, guiding end users, supporting UAT, validating migrated data, and assisting with integrations, configurations, and process improvements.

Lead and develop the Great Salt Lake Waterworks sales team to meet regional sales and profitability goals. Oversee territory strategies, vendor relationships, budgets, and operations alignment. Travel extensively (20–35%), evaluate and coach staff, enforce performance standards, and implement company sales initiatives.
