Follows up with existing customers, addresses inquiries and concerns, coordinates appointments with the service department, and monitors conversion, scheduling, and satisfaction metrics. Requires dealership experience, strong communication and leadership skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, automotive sales or service knowledge, and effective multitasking abilities.
