Coordinates marketing and communications activities supporting fundraising, programs, donor engagement, events, and community visibility. Manages newsletters, social media, website content, marketing collateral, media outreach, consumer stories, press releases, and communications reporting. Collaborates with vendors and program staff, supports event logistics, and occasionally captures video and photography. Requires strong writing, editing, organizational, interpersonal, and digital content skills, with occasional travel to interview consumers and staff.

Lead regional fundraising across MD, DC, and VA, managing major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, and events. Supervise and mentor development staff, cultivate and steward a portfolio of major donors, oversee donor data practices in Raiser's Edge NXT, collaborate with marketing and program teams, and drive regional revenue goals with up to 50% travel.
