The role requires construction or metal roofing knowledge, sales experience, strong communication, customer service, math skills, software proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Provides hands-on HR administration across company locations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, recruiting support, benefits and COBRA administration, compliance documentation, workers’ compensation coordination, handbook updates, and payroll communications. The role supports employees and managers, maintains confidentiality, and works part-time on-site in St. George, Utah.

Sell and support metal roofing products to contractors and builders. Build relationships, prepare quotes and bids, coordinate orders and deliveries, work with estimating/design/operations, maintain CRM records, attend trade events, and provide technical product guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
