Serve as HR business partner handling employee relations, onboarding, pre-hire processes, candidate assessment, new hire orientation, and advice on collective bargaining. Support training projects, administer state and federal labor law, and perform investigations or after-hours tasks as needed.

Manage and direct a team responsible for CRM applications, applying technical expertise to solve business issues. Lead hiring, training, work assignment, and performance management; support large cross-functional projects and require knowledge of Appeals & Grievances processes.
